Hi, I’m Josiah Bandy, owner and operator of Cool Cats LLC. You can call me Joe. I’ve been working in commercial refrigeration and HVAC service for over a decade, after earning my HVAC Associate Degree at RCTC, and spending years honing my skills with service companies across Southeast Minnesota.
